Hi Chirag, you've already been given some very actionable advice. Here's my 2 cents.
Things you are doing right:
1. You have a blog and post regularly
2. You are using SSL encryption
3. Your on-page optimisation is not too bad - you have proper Titles and Descriptions in place
Things you could improve:
1. Your backlink profile is quite spammy.
You have hundreds of low-quality websites (article directories, business directories) linking to you with words like "hr software", "human resource software", "applicant tracking software" and others. This is called "anchor text over-optimisation" and can lead to your website being penalised by Google. I would suggest using a Disawov Tool in your Google Search Console to get rid of most of these low-quality links.
2. Focus on getting high-quality links instead.
From industry publications, Quora, client testimonials, etc.
3. As others have mentioned, you're not using H1 header tags.
This is where Google looks at to understand what a page is about
4. If you know who your target audience is (HR Managers/directors, etc.), why not target them using Facebook Ads?
Choose the location and use their Job Titles to narrow down your target audience
5. When it comes to blogging, focus on quality, not quantity.
Blog less often, but make each post amazing - add relevant images, graphs, stats. And, most importantly, reach out to people interested in this industry and let them know about your post. If they like it, they will share it, and you'll get traffic and a backlink in return
Hi, I'm looking to spread my wings into the wonderful world of guest blogging, not really after more work (I have plenty) but I enjoy sharing my knowledge and interacting with other folks. Any sites...

How Important Is SEO and how important are outbound links in the copy of your blog content for content marketing? Do you need those?

Jill Brennan, Founder at Harbren Marketing
Its good to have a couple of outbound links but inbound links are more important because they are like votes. The more inbound links to your website (preferably by highly ranked or authority websites) then the more valuable your content is considered to be by the search engines.
Do you have the SEO Yoast plugin for wordpress? They have a number of prompts to optimise each post for SEO purposes. If you follow their traffic light system (red, green, amber) and aim for all green then you're content will be in great SEO shape.
What do they do and what is the difference between a SEO reseller and a SEO company or agency?

Digital marketing and advertising companies or agencies typically use SEO resellers, who do SEO work for your business, which is then passed off as your agencies' work to your clients.
They are a great option if you own a marketing company and need to expand your line of offerings to offer SEO services to your clients, without hiring full-timers or freelancers, which can be costly or hard to manage. You can put in a free quote here to find SEO resellers in Australia

There are plenty of SEO tools available that cover different areas of SEO such as keyword analysis, site checker, link building, competition spying, local listing and SEO-friendly content ideas. It really depends on what you need to do with your SEO. Some tools are all-encompassing while some only offer one area of SEO.
But here’s a list of the top or best SEO tools out there.

Create a product or service that lots of people want. If you find out how people are feeling just before they need your product you can work out how to provide information that will help them solve their problem. Then, when they are solving their problem, they'll come to you to solve it.
Using Social Media and a PR campagain pre-supposes that you know your customer really well... if you don't, it'll be money wasted.

If you don’t know what you’re doing, outsource your SEO.
Sure, you can learn and do it yourself. But if you’re serious about getting results and SEO is a key strategy in your marketing, then get SEO experts in as soon as possible.
SEO covers a big area, from keyword strategy and content to on-site and off-site SEO. There are always new updates with Google’s algorithm and ranking. You will have a lot of ground to cover if you go the DIY route. Your SEO strategy will also depend on whether your business is online or local, your target audience and their buying behaviour.
At the very least, you can consult a SEO expert who can guide you in the right direction, if you need to save money or if you can’t afford a full-time employee. Since SEO is a long-term investment, it’s important to start on the right footing.
You should be working on areas that you’re good at, and outsource your SEO and any other areas you are not excelling at. Here are more information on hiring a SEO company or expert, including costs.
Do I turn to a web agency for this? Or is it something I can manage myself?

Hi Mike,
Its a great question and I'm glad you're asking.
I wholely believe you are best to do it yourself, as you will save thousands of dollars and get better results.
I offer a half day marketing training course that goes into it in details. If your time is valuable then its a very effective use of time and money to get the info you need to do it yourself. Having been a researcher of SEO for 15 years I've found fact based SEO is the only way to do it. Learning what the facts are can take many months or years as it did for me.
I've tested variables with SEO but without knowing what facts you need to focus on it makes it hard, because then you're blindly trusting people.
First you need to learn all about on-page SEO to get your site in order.
Part of that and probably the most overlooked is the copywriting and image selection of a website. Website developers are far better programmers than marketing experts so these two things, especially the copy is poorly executed.
Making a website visitor friendly as well as Google friendly is what SEO is all about.
Trying to learning all this yourself for free will probably take you years. I learn by paying some of best SEO guys in the world, and testing to see facts of what they recommend.
Its a mine field to wade through as many just quote other so called experts, who often aren't experts. Plus Google keeps introducing penalities that affect rank as they get smarter and smarter.
Some things haven't changed with SEO and I doubt will, but some things do. Knowing why that is helps you a lot.
If you'd like to have a chat about it or have questions let me know.
You'll get some value out of this blog post on SEO I wrote recently: https://www.profittrans4mations.com.au/how-to-find-a-good-seo-company/
