How much does it cost to use SavvyKai?
Viewing Marketplace offers and posting jobs is completely free. You pay the providers directly. There is no commission payable to SavvyKai.

How do I sell on SavvyKai?
To start selling on SavvyKai, upgrade to Premium Business. As a Premium Business, you will be featured site-wide and be able to post Marketplace offers and respond to jobs.
How much does it cost to list on the marketplace?
Listing fees vary from $25 to $300 a month per listing, depending on industry, product category and listing type. The exact fee will be calculated as you create your listing. Listing fees are paid using SavvyCredits, so make sure you top up on enough SavvyCredits.
How much do leads cost on SavvyKai?
Leads for B2B sales generally cost more than those for B2C. Costs can vary anywhere from 2,500 to 30,000 SavvyCredits (~$25 to $300) depending on industry, service category, quality of information and demand for those leads at different times.
How much is your sales commission?
There is no sales commission payable to SavvyKai. You only pay the listing fee.
How do I manage my reviews?
You can request, view and respond to reviews through your business profile.
How do I cancel my Premium Business membership?

Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds for Premium Business subscription. You can cancel your Premium Business membership anytime here.
What are SavvyCredits?
SavvyCredits (SC) is the virtual currency that allows you to purchase Premium Services on the SavvyKai website. The program gives you the flexibility to either buy or earn credits, then use it to purchase premium features that best suit you. For more information, see here.

How can I earn SavvyCredits?
SavvyCredits are awarded for many actions that contribute positively towards growing the SavvyKai community. The amount of SavvyCredits awarded vary by the type and level of your contributions over time. For full details on how you can earn SavvyCredits, see here.
What can I buy with SavvyCredits?
You may redeem SavvyCredits for certain Premium features on the site such as posting Marketplace offers, responding to jobs and posting Sponsored Content.
Can I get a refund for my SavvyCredits?
When proposals to jobs are not read within 30 days, Premium Businesses will receive an automatic refund.
Unused SavvyCredits are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
Do SavvyCredits expire?
SavvyCredits are valid for 36 months from the time they are earned or purchased. See terms and conditions for more details.
